Reiki is an energy healing technique, using gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of energy through the body to reduce stress and promote healing. The combination of Meditation, Sound and Reiki, will allow you to achieve a deeper awareness of mind, body and spirt, and have a deeper understanding of how they are so intricately connected.
