Reiki is an energy healing technique, using gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of energy through the body to reduce stress and promote healing. Painless Life: Everyday Posture & Pain

Most people misunderstand pain! In this workshop, you will develop an understanding of what causes pain, how to practice yoga poses precisely to alleviate pain effectively, and how simple changes to the way you use your body in daily life can make a world of difference. The workshop consists of visual explanations, putting our body in different physical positions to "feel" the cause of your discomfort, and practice of specific yoga poses for pain at various parts of the body. First, we alleviate pain, then we use our body correctly in daily life to prevent pain, so pain will never follow.
Building Blocks for
Arm Balance & More

You don’t have to get upside down to work towards arm balances. In this workshop we will explore arm balances, handstands, hopping forward & back, etc. With these complex poses, there are many building blocks that we can work on individually — the wrists, elbows, shoulders, spine, core, and even the hips.
In this workshop, you will learn various exercises to develop the building blocks and apply the principles to your regular yoga practice to make correct technique a habit. Once the parts are strong, the arm balances come together with ease!
