All classes are non-heated, and 60 min in length. Class sizes are kept to max 12 students.

Align

Build flexibility and stability, both on and off the mat. This class explores fundamental yoga poses, using your breath to connect deeper with the body, align your posture, and cultivate mindful coordination. The class moves at a slow pace to allow students to learn the benefits of correct alignment.

 

A gentle class coordinating mindful movement and breath. This supportive practice is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. With clear guidance and options for every body, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace in a welcoming environment.

Gentle Flow

 

Restore

Rest, recover, and find a sense of inner calm. With a variation of prop-supported poses, gentle holds and deep stretches, this class will help you improve range of motion, flexibility and mobility. Attention to breath and mindfulness is weaved throughout the class.

 

Ascend

Master your body and mind. This class involves more connected yoga sequences with more advanced yoga poses. The continuation of getting into, holding, and getting out of poses will help you develop greater physical and mental presence.
